Learning Photography – Still Looking

Hey everybody, it’s Brady again!

After looking through what seems like hundreds of photography courses, I was about to give up and started thinking about exploring photography apprenticeships again. I really mean it, there are so many so-called professionals sharing the same information again and again.

Each photo course seemed to be about lighting, back-ground, focus, aperture, and exposure. I’m no professional, but I kind of have the basics down. I needed more, something to take me to the next level of photography. A program to share the secrets that the professional photographers know. The techniques to make my photographs POP! But, I digress…

Maybe you can tell I was/am getting a little frustrated. And believe it or not I really was/am considering an apprenticeship position with one or more of our local photographers. But…

I just stumbled upon a program that looks promising. The name of the product is: Trick Photography and Special Effects. I am going to be trying out over the next few days and I will let you know what I think.

Until then… I’ll be playing with my camera!!!

Photography Apprenticeships – New Research Project

I want to learn some more about photography, since I am helping some family members photograph some new products for their business. Even with a tabletop softbox with appropriate lighting, I am still having problems.

Time for help. Okay, the first thought I had was about doing some apprenticeships for a couple of our local photographers, just to get some more experience and learn some of their secrets. But, before I went out and wasted alot of my own valueable time, I have decided to do what I do best and research some photography software, books, DVDs, etc.

I post back with more.
